With the consumables market being extremely competitive, 3D Prototyping can assist getting your product to market faster, thus reducing costs considerably.
At 3D Prototyping we can produce your prototype in full colour, enabling you to then utilise the finished prototype as a sales tool or purely as a demonstration model to get your design to your customers faster and at a lower cost.
Communicate with Clients - Functional appearance prototypes are useful in solving problems and obtaining agreement on a design direction. A new plastic product design has to be functional, economical and innovative. Clear and effective communication is necessary to satisfy customers and simplify the design process.
SLA (Stereolithography)
As part of our expansion we can now offer SLA which can provide greater flexibility of prototyped parts together with a more plastic feel to the prototype, which can give greater snap fitting of mating parts. For more information please see the SLA page for material specifications & details.
Silicone Moulding
For small runs of 10 to 200 parts we can now offer silicone tooling as a low cost way of transforming your design into a finished product at a fraction of the cost of producing injection moulding tooling. With our production facilities we can have your finished product in your hands in a matter of weeks rather than months with conventional injection tooling, allowing you to get your product to market quicker and more cost effectively. For more information please contact our qualified sales team on 07 3262 9283 or utilise our request a quote section where we can normally have a quote emailed to you on the same day.
Objet 3D Printer
With a wide range of materials such a ABS, PP, PC & TPU like materials the Objet 3D Printer can produce highly accurate prototypes that can be used for snap fitting of parts and meet the needs of any type of prototyping requirements. For larger prototypes our software allows us to splice long sections and then to join them after the 3D Printing process to create any sized prototype.
Rapid CNC
For large prototypes and prototypes requiring a specific type of material, we can generate most prototypes in our Rapid CNC process. This not only will allow you to have a prototype that closely matches the your finished product but will also provide a more functional prototype.
